Flekice sa kuposom is a fast and delicious meal that’s perfect for long winter nights because of cabbage’s high vitamin C content. Plus it’s always been cozy and homey for me, which is just what’s needed when warming up from the cold. Since it stores well, it’s also good well into early spring.
- 1 head of cabbage, shredded
- 1 onion, diced
- box of pasta (bow ties are a good option)
Boil the pasta.
Meanwhile, caramelize the onions in a large frying pan. Next add the cabbage and salt and pepper, to taste (I add quite a bit of pepper). After the pasta is done, drain and add in the cabbage.
Serve warm and enjoy!
